Each day just do at least 10 minutes of Wii Exercise.. Keep track here of how many minutes you do. You get 1 point for the first 10 minutes and then 5 points for each additional 10 minutes per day. The points only count on Wii exercises. Do not start a new thread just edit your post each day. At the end of the month, the person with the most points gets a sparkgoodie :) C'mon let's move it in February.
