Carol summed it up pretty well. You just draw/use a computer/whatever to make you 5x5 grid. Use the list Nina posted at the beginning of the game to fill up your squares with the exercises you choose. Then everyday Nina will post the exercise drawn for that day to be completed. If it is on your card you cross it off after you have completed the exercise.

It's just a 5x5 grid. I made mine in Microsoft Word. If you scroll down you can get the whole list of exercises (30 to choose from), and make your bingo card from them. And then scroll down to find the daily exercise. If you look at my daily posts, I have the list actually in my post. Helps me keep track of what's going on.
