Along with Spring comes sports. This month we are going to focus on sports.
March 31 - April 6 try to get at least 20 minutes a day of any sport you choose.
April 7 - 13 go to Wii Sports and spend 20 minutes a day doing training. Those training workouts burn lots of calories.
April 14 - 20 do a preset sports workout or create your own. These have to be at least 30 minutes in length each day.
April 21 - 27 After all this practice, you should be pretty good at sports right now. Do at least 30 minutes of a different sport each day.
Remember, if you get stuck as to what to pick, many of the sports were listed in the Bingo challenge from last week. Have fun :)
Remember, cycling, jogging, soccer and bowling are all sports too hint hint
