I didn't do so hot either. Had several days I couldn't get to the Wii and I found out I usually only burn about 400 calories average a day. Maybe continue this section another 2 weeks??? Its a fun challenge..I like the "burn-off" of the food. emoticon

Lol doesn't look like I'm going to make it. Considering it averaged out to being 856 calories a day to burn, I can't say I'm surprised. I just don't work out THAT much everyday. Was a fun challenge though!

I believe Nina has this challenge set up for just Wii activities. If you cannot get just those calories from your fitbit then you can use SP fitness tracker to get the calories burned. It has many of the Wii activities in it.

Also you can post your calories burned daily and then check items off as you reach that number of calories.

Hello,
I'm new on here and trying to figure out how these challenges work, how you record, and what calories count. Are total calories burned counted or just Wii calories? I use the fitbit and it counts all my calories burned and uploads them automatically in Sparkpeople. The Wii give me the total calories burned for the workout as well. Do we post at the end of the two weeks or do you want a daily/weekly record to see progress? I'm looking forward to participating in your goals and challenges.

We all love our fast food. Just how long do you think it will take you to exercise off the calories consumed in these items? The first group which we probably won't burn through in 2 weeks are the 10 most fattening fast foods. The second group fall into the not great, but not horrible either and the last week we will focus on the healthier choices in fast food. Remember, all of the calories burned should come from Wii Exercises
