I miss your posts, Jody! And I miss you and the others in the challenge!

Receiving email notifications from this challenge has been a great reminder for me, as well as a motivation to switch on my Wii even when I was tired after work.

I didn't have a pedometer to do this weeks' challenge. I have done 1.3 miles in the free run, and 30-40 minutes each day on the advanced step. I will start with keeping track to the challenge tomorrow. Good luck everyone!!

WIO goes up and down in price. Generally, it sells for $39.99. It did this last year too. It should come down. I don't know anything about the Michael Jackson experience, but you could count your steps from the dancing games. They force you to step :)

I just discovered that Walk It Out is a game (WIO) and it sells on AMazon for $99. Why is it so much? and is it really worth it? I've never spent that much for a game!

I don't know what WIO is...

I have Zumba, Wii Fit, EA Active, Daisey Fuente's Pilates, Just Dance (various varieties), Michael Jackson Experience, & NFL Training Camp....

I have done 10 minutes of Zumba today, in addition to some Yoga, and Pilates (not Wii).

I can reach my GOAL weight!

Heather, what games do you have? Most of us use WIO for counting steps (it does it for you). Also Wii Fit/Plus Free Step is a good one for counting steps. If you don't have either of these games let us know what you have and we can figure out a way for you to count your steps.
