This time of year is very hectic with kids going back to school and getting ready for fall and winter. We have been spotted indulging in some less than healthy choices while out and about. For the next two weeks we are going to exercise off those indulgences.

In this challenge we will erase those extravagances with exercise on our Wii games.
Each day post the number of calories that you burned exercising on the Wii game(s) of your choice and the indulgence that you erased. You can track it however you'd like. You do not have to finish each item in one day. You can do it over multiple days. Or you can erase more than one item in a day. Your choice. Goodies to all that complete the entire list.
