As we are moving into the last week of the olympics, your challenge this week is to pick a Wii exercise or sport that is seen on the olympics. For example, you could do Wii SportsTennis or Wii Swimming on Exerbeat. Maybe you like the Island Cycling on Wii Fit. Whatever you choose, make sure it is something that is on the olympics.
Try for at least 20 minutes a day. Let us know what you did.
