Oh yes I did my part today of the challenge.. Did 45 minutes total. Did wii fit plus, wii sports, wii sports resort with total of 45 minutes and feels so good to know I can do it if I put my mind to it.

For those of you in the U.S., it is Memorial Day weekend which means cookouts, drinking, and maybe a few lawn games like Frisbee. Getting back on track after a weekend like that can be a challenge.
So this week, we want you to focus on aerobic exercises to get your heart pumping! Every day this week, aim to get at least 30 minutes of Wii aerobic exercises in so you can burn off those extra calories!
