For those of you in the U.S., it is Memorial Day weekend which means cookouts, drinking, and maybe a few lawn games like Frisbee. Getting back on track after a weekend like that can be a challenge.
So this week, we want you to focus on aerobic exercises to get your heart pumping! Every day this week, aim to get at least 30 minutes of Wii aerobic exercises in so you can burn off those extra calories!
