I did Boxercise & Salsa Dance & Hip Hop Dance from the Exerbeat game 30 minutes
Monday 5/7 wii fit and Exerbeat workouts 30 minutes
Tuesday 5/8 wii fit plus workouts 45 minutes and Exerbeat Boxercise 15 minutes
Wednesday 5/9 wii fit plus workouts 35 minutes and Exerbeat Boxercise 15 minutes
Thursday 5/10 Wii fit plus workouts 15 minutes and Exerbeat Boxercise 15 minutes and 15 minutes on my Treadclimber
Friday 5/11 Wii Sport fitness challenge age 57 same as real age Exerbeat Samba 7 minutes Boxercise 10 minutes and wii fit plus workouts 30 minutes

Your challenge this week is to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio a day in on the Wii. It can be from any game you choose. Also you need to get in at least 3 sets of 15 minutes of strength training in from any Wii game you choose at least 3 days this week. Post your minutes and games used here.
