It is said that to keep our bodies burning the most calories, we have to change up our workouts every now and then and that is what Wii are going to do.
We all have our favorite Wii Fitness games and workouts. This week's challenge is to do something out of your comfort zone. Mix it up and do workouts from as many Wii fitness games as you have. If you have enough games (like I do) to do a workout from a different game everyday do it. If you only have a few games, do a workout on those that you wouldn't normally do. Pick games that would mix it up for the week. Post what game/workout you did each day and how long you exercised.
