Let's get that heart pumping and do some cardio this week. This week's challenge is to box. You can use any of the Wii boxing games. Try to box at least 20 minutes per day. Post your daily minutes here along with your weekly total. There will be a goodie given to the person that gets in the most boxing minutes this week.
