This Challenge Begins April 1.

One questions that is asked by everyone is: Do we really burn calories using our Wii? Which Wii games burn the most calories? We are going to find out. Many of the foods listed below will be familiar to you.

Are you up for this eye opening challenge done the Wii Way? In this challenge you need to record the Wii exercise you did. The amount of calories you burned and which food you erased. You may only use Wii games/exercises for this challenge. You may erase as many or as few items per day as you choose. Some items may take more than a day. Just remember you may only count WII EXERCISE Use the following template:

This Challenge Begins April 1.

One questions that is asked by everyone is: Do we really burn calories using our Wii? Which Wii games burn the most calories? We are going to find out. Many of the foods listed below will be familiar to you.

Are you up for this eye opening challenge done the Wii Way? In this challenge you need to record the Wii exercise you did. The amount of calories you burned and which food you erased. You may only use Wii games/exercises for this challenge. You may erase as many or as few items per day as you choose. Some items may take more than a day. Just remember you may only count WII EXERCISE Use the following template:
