Challenge Yourself Challenge

Obviously, the challenge is up late this week due to my being gone. For this challenge, you are going to challenge yourself. Do 3 different types of Wii games adding up to 30 minutes each day beginning today.

You could do 10 minutes Just Dance, 10 minutes Wii Boxing, 10 minutes Walk it Out..you get it :) See if you can change up the routine each day!

It is a good way just to get yourself moving on those days when you don't feel like it..all it takes is just 10 minutes!
