Krista- thanks, It seems less painful today but I'm looking forward to Thurs. session. Ugh. I've been in PT for arm/shoulder issue for two yrs now. The arm and shoulder are better. But it all seems to have moved to my back! Sometimes I feel like I'll *never* be right again, lol. What's the expression? Aging is not for wimps?

I've got so much workout equipment and dvd's and games (I actually had to make a spreadsheet to get a handle on it all) that I'm gonna do my own Bingo card for April. This has been really fun. Makes me look forward to working out: what's it gonna be today?

Not sure I can finish this challenge. Somehow I wrenched my back over the weekend, went for physical therapy session yesterday and my physical therapist ordered me to lay off the exercise till Thurs. when she sees me again.

By then this challenge will be mostly over. Dang. But I did really REALLY great so far!!
And it's been fun!

Got a crazy-busy weekend: today is my son's 14th birthday, tomorrow is my hubby's birthday. That means a house full of people, teen boys especially, all playing video games, pretty much all day, all weekend long. Don't know why but for the past 2 days, the sparkpeople web site has been giving me a "We are experiencing technical difficulties, try again later" page and not letting me in. Weird... But I'm in now, so time to get caught up!

Build your rainbow WIO -- DONE

ANWAHS51, click the portable player (as you do when you want to quit), arrow over to the map option. The rainbow spheres will show on the map - you can deselect the house icon at the bottom to better see where the spheres are.

Question -- Is there a way to find where the rainbows are? I have played this a lot and I have walked for miles and never found all of the rainbows on the same workout.
