What I log:
Eaten:
Wendy's 5 piece chicken nuggets 220 calories. (10 calories remaining).

Tomorrow I will add the 10 remaining calories to whatever calorie count I have for that day.

We all get busy and, sometimes, it is just simpler to stop and pick up dinner or go to our nearest chain restaurant. We don't always realize how many calories we are eating. How many calories could their possibly be in that small order of fries from McDonald's or that Chopped Salad from Bravo? Well, you are about to find out.
