Superbowl Sunday:
1.) Fling Smash 20min.--- arms
2.) Vertigo 10 min.--- leg warm up
3.) Wii Fit Plus Obstacle Course beginner 7min.---- legs
4.) Wii Fit Plus Perfect Ten count to 20 for 3 min. --- hips cool down

A little about these games: Fling Smash is like playing tennis with a Mario type strategy to it. Vertigo is a marble game like playing Labrynth except the wii fit board is how you control the marble through a maze. You can play Vertigo the regular way with just the Wii remote for hand cordination.

This week are going to do circuit training..Wii Style. Each day do 3 different types of Wii exercise to work different parts of the body. For example, you could start with Walk it Out as a warm up, then go to a martial arts game for cardio and then to yoga for cool down. Mix and match any way you want. Add resistance bands or hands weights to your workout for strength training at least 3 days this week.
