I really liked this week's challenge. I did longer routines on ExerBeat and worked out with a couple of Wii exer-games that I hadn't used in a while.

Wow, this is a challenge for the brain too emoticon

Only one type of Wii Exercise can be counted each day. That exercise has to be for 20 minutes. So, if you do Exerbeat, for example, you can say Exerbeat Karate 20 minutes. If you do Wii Sports you could do Wii Sports Tennis Training 30 minutes.

You can not divide the time between two Wii Exercises on a given day. This is 20 minutes of Sustained Exercise of 1 type.

You can only count one exercise each day.If you do exerbeat or Wii Fit or something that contains a variety of workouts, please be specific as to which one you did. That makes variety.

They say variety is the spice of life. That is true. It is also the spice of your exercise program. They say that by varying the type of exercise you do, your body doesn't get used to it and you keep burning calories. This week is a week of variety. Each day this week, do 20 minutes of a different Wii exercise. Today could be Zumba, tomorrow karate, tuesday Tennis. You get the picture.

The people who make it all 7 days will get a spark goodie at the end of the challenge! Make sure you post your exercise and length of time.
