Oh! I missed this post! I have not used my Wii for exercise this week as I have been working overtime and been exhausted by the time I got home.
Do you not usually send out a sparkpeople email when a new challange starts? Just wondering because that's how I saw the last one, I thought.
BTW, I love the challanges when they are a week or so at a time! I get all lost when they keep going and going and going! Thank you!!!

With the football playoffs going on, and basketball underway as well as hockey, it is time to get in some sports. This week focus on your Wii Sports games. You may use any Wii sports games you want. Remember...Wii Sports training burns a lot of calories.
Keep track of which sports you did and for how long. Whoever does sports everyday gets a goodie at the end of the week. Go Team!
