I was able to record my total minutes and calories after each activity and subtract to get the amount to attribute to each. It wasn't too difficult, but if anyone knows a better way, I'd love to hear it.

This is my first day of doing the challenge.
I don't use my Wii Fit very well, so I estimated the minutes from the graph and didn't know how to get the calories for the individual exercises. After I finished, I decided that data was probably given to me at the end of each exercise, but I didn't record it. I'll see tomorrow.

This week we are going to do some total body training: Cardio, Strength, and Stretching/Yoga.
Do the following each day and post your results by day. You can use whatever Wii game you have to complete this challenge. People that work the challenge every day will get a goodie and the person with the most calories burned for the week will get a goodie.

Boxing: Box for 10 mins per day and track your calories burned.

Strength: Pick 5 strength training exercises and track the number of
reps (your choice) and the calories burned.

Stretching: Pick 3 stretches or yoga poses and track the number of
reps (your choice) and calories burned.
