I know it has been a while since I have gotten a challenge posted so let's work on getting back into the swing of things.
This week do 30 minutes of Wii cardio (any game you choose) each day. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday add a Wii Fit strength routine to your cardio. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday add a yoga routine to your cardio.
