The only yoga that I feel comfortable doing is Healing Yoga for Aches and Pains, a dvd. About 5 years ago, I took a yoga class and pulled the right piriformis muscle so badly that I couldn't get up off the floor. It took about a dozen visits to a chiropractor to get it healed. A few years later, I tried another yoga class and even with very careful monitoring, I pulled that muscle again, although not as badly. So yoga kind of scares me. This dvd was recommended to me by someone on the bad backs team and it has been fantastic.
Remember, nobody can go back to the very beginning and make a brand new start, but anyone can start here and make a brand new end.
