Is there a way to get your scores when you do the poses through Wii Plus? It's so handy to string the poses together and then save them. Yesterday I did: Half Moon, Palm, Tree, Tree Pose, Standing Knee, and Warrior.

The only yoga that I feel comfortable doing is Healing Yoga for Aches and Pains, a dvd. About 5 years ago, I took a yoga class and pulled the right piriformis muscle so badly that I couldn't get up off the floor. It took about a dozen visits to a chiropractor to get it healed. A few years later, I tried another yoga class and even with very careful monitoring, I pulled that muscle again, although not as badly. So yoga kind of scares me. This dvd was recommended to me by someone on the bad backs team and it has been fantastic.

Remember, nobody can go back to the very beginning and make a brand new start, but anyone can start here and make a brand new end.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results."

We all know that we are heading down the homestretch with getting kids ready to go back to school, keeping up with jobs, children, families. It is time for some relaxation which still burns calories. Your challenge this week is to do a Yoga routine everyday. The amount of time and poses are up to you, just take some time to relax. At the very least, pick at least 3 yoga poses per day or even do a full workout. You do not just have to use the Wii Fit Plus. If you own Bob Harpers Wii Yoga or someone else's Wii Yoga that counts too :) So RELAX! (Remember, yoga counts as exercise too! )
