This week your challenge will be not to use Wii Fit or Wii Sports Resort (unless it is for another challenge). Trying changing things up a bit. If you haven't pulled out Just Dance for a while do that, or Dance Dance Revolution or whatever you may have. Try pulling out one of these Wii Games that have been gathering dust and do 30 minutes each day this week.
Sometimes changing things up leads to a good outcome :)
