did 21 minutes on the wii and boy do I feel it

I've been doing the strength and yoga, and always the balance games (they're just fun), but they were all on Monday and Wednesday. I'm visiting family and brought my Wii along, so have to work around dad's news and mom's Law & Order addiction. I did manage to get mom and SIL on the Wii balance board!

This week let's stretch and strengthen those muscles.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday do at least 5 Wii Fit/Plus strength exercises of your choice along with 30 minutes of cardio.

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday do at least 5 Wii Fit/Plus yoga poses of your choice along with either 15 minutes of balance games or training plus games.
