Monday- Wii fit+: 30 minutes (Hula 312, Basic Step 267, Run 81%, Rhythm Boxing 316, Segway 277, Birds Eye view 36, Kung fu 580, rythym parade 1,271)

Tuesday- Wii Fit+: 31 minutes (Advanced Hula 850, Advanced step 505, Cycling-Island advanced course 4.056mi in 16min, Rythm Kung Fu 580 *new high score!, Rythm parade 1315 *New high score!)

Wednesday- Wii Fit+: 31 minutes (Basic Step 242 pts, Advanced Step 489 pts, Basic Run Island lap 136% burn rate!!, Free Step 946 steps)

Thursday wii fit+: 32minutes (Basic Step twice! 262 and 277, Advanced step twice! 549 and 556, Basic Run Island lap 161% and the Short track 152%)

Friday wii fit+: 41minutes (Birds Eye Bullseye 1435, Obstacle Course 131, Rythm Parade 1296, Hula 1949, Boxing 620, 2P Island lap run 156%)

Saturday: 40min (skateboarding 146, Hula 207, rhythm parade 1304, cycling 3.347, birds eye 29)

For those of you in the U.S., it is Memorial Day weekend which means cookouts, drinking, and maybe a few lawn games like Frisbee. Getting back on track after a weekend like that can be a challenge.

So this week, we want you to focus on the aerobic exercises included in your Wii Fit/Wii Fit Plus game. Things like Rhythm Kung Fu, Advanced Step, Free Run, Island Cycling, Hula Hoop, and Rhythm Boxing can get your heart pumping! Every day this week, aim to get at least 30 minutes of Wii Fit exercise in so you can burn off those extra calories!
