Your challenge this week is to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio a day in on the Wii. It can be from any game you choose. Also you need to get in at least 3 sets of 15 minutes of strength training in from any Wii game you choose. Post your minutes and games used here. The person with the most cardio and the most strength training time will get a goodie.
