Thurs. - did 50 minutes Wii Just Dance and 56 minutes Wii Fit Plus Combination routine.

Did 15-minutes of strength on EA Active More Workouts on Sunday. Did 21 minutes of cardio on EA Active More Workouts.

I'll make up the cardio from tonight and last night. I was just too tired after the EA. That was my first time using it. lol

Does my 45 minutes of cardio I did for the Easter Treasure Hunt count? :) No strength training though and now hubby has commandeered the TV. If not, I'll get on board with this tomorrow.

15 mins Wii Free Step, 10 mins Knock Out Work Out (badmitton & cardio boxing), 20 mins Wii Zumba

OK, scraped this today thanks to Just Dance and Just Dance 2. Did 9 songs in total. Plus Hula Hoops from Wii Fit Plus. So that was the cardio. :-)

Strength training wasn't 15 mins, but did the 3 rep Torso and Waist twists, plus half moon pose from Wii Fit Plus, so it is a start. :-)

This is going to be a challenge but hopefully I can stick with it :-)
Didn't start til tonite so only got one round of strength in.

14 minutes of Island Cycle
20 minutes free run
15 minutes of strength training (started from the 1st & did 1 round of each of the 1st 10 (except the plank & side plank :-p )

Your challenge this week is to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio a day in on the Wii. It can be from any game you choose. Also you need to get in at least 3 sets of 15 minutes of strength training in from any Wii game you choose. Post your minutes and games used here. The person with the most cardio and the most strength training time will get a goodie.
