Please have this challenge again, with my move this week exercise just isn't happening, but this sounds like an AWESOME way to switch up my routine.

Deck of Cards Challenge
This is a great way to work your whole body and all you need is a deck of cards. Each suit is assigned to a specific type of exercise:
Hearts = core
Spades = lower body
Diamonds = cardio
Clubs = upper body

The number on the card is the number of reps you will do X ten. Jacks = 110, Queens = 120,
Kings = 130 and Aces = 150 Jokers are wild 150 of whatever you choose.
There are many variations. If I get a high card such as a Queen of hearts- I may break up the type of core exercises I do. I may do 20 crunches, 20 hip bridges and so on until I get to 130.
2 of spades would be 20 squats.

For some ideas--You could use the ST portion of Wii Fit for the lower body..lunges, squats, boxing on Wii sports could be upper body- jabs, Abs...torso Twists, Cardio- any of the cardio exercises.
