I did 15 minutes on Wii Knock Out Body today. I'll do the Fit Plus Training tomorrow. I swear Amy, you know these discs forwards and backwards! I had no idea that so many variations were on the discs. Thanks!

That sounds good, except I can't do aerobics because of my fibromyalgia. My doctor discourages it.

Let's work on personal bests again this week. Concentrate on Wii Fit Plus Training Plus Menu, Wii Fit Aerobics Menu, and any Wii Sports Resorts games. Play as many games as you want and post the personal bests you get on each game.
