Thanks JEANUT, I was pretty proud of myself on that one as I am not very good on one legged things either but I am slowly improving and some days are good and some are bad. I know I would avoid these exercises because I wasn't good at them. Just keep at it and eventually you should see improvement.

Does anyone know how to log the Yoga that we do into our daily fitness log?

I love doing the cobra and the spinal twist even if it does not have a score. Today I couldn't believe it when I got 99 on Warrior

I am starting to really like yoga. I am glad that you decided to have this project this week. I am one of the ones needing a change from the step ups. I thought I was going to kill the Wii before it was over with. lol Yoga is something nice you can do, whether or not you are on a tight schedule. That is the reason Why I like it. Half-Moon 80 pts. /82 is hs Spine Extension 79/84 is hs Triangle 94 made high score! Cobra done (Probably should have picked something with a score, but it felt good today)

I have not gotten into the Yoga a lot, but I think I will since I love a challenge. I used to do Yoga at the gym when I belonged, I haven't done it much on the wii cause I don't like that it is not continuous. I will be doing some of these tonight, so I will post my results tomorrow.

If you type in yoga in the add cardio menu under fitness it is an option. Just put in how many minutes you spent. If you don't think the calories are accurate you can always manually enter them.

I just started the yoga today. So how do we enter the yoga stuff under the fitness minutes? Between the yoga nd the advanced step, I was on the Wii for 24 minutes, 103 calories.

Count me in. I try to do at least one yoga pose each day, but I have been bad about trying new ones. Currently I have done deep breathing, warrior, tree, half moon and sun salutation. This challenge might just help me try something new.
