Sorry, I didn't know that you were still calling things out. I thought you were suppose to pick the ones you wanted to do for the last two days. :p Anyway, I did the 20 minute step, tight rope walking, spinal twist, and 2 reps of the tricep extension. This morning I did the deep breathing, chair, sun salutation, spine extention, and a partial ground V. Mom had to hold my legs up. (The trainer said I needed to work on strengthening my muscles). I was also able to do the 10 minute free run. I did 1.85 miles. Not too bad considering I have a twinge in my ankle. Holly

Congrats! I couldn't do the standing tree. I am very very unbalanced. However, I did do 4 minutes of the boxing. (I had to do the 3 minute cause I am not at the 10 level yet). I did not get to log it yesterday. I was at the Publix jobfair. Had to stand outside almost 2 hours to get into the building.

Well I got through them all... who'd a thunk it.
~The Gate is my killer though. I did it but it will be a while before I do it again. My knees are too bad and I'm too heavy for that one atm. But at least I did it once and there will come a time when I can do it anytime.

I had to break Super Hula hoop up into three times cause I didn't have an unlock for 10 mins
~I did 3 mins (which was all I had unlocked)
~another 3 mins (got a high score which unlocked 6 mins)
~free run for 20
~hula for 6 mins (that was killer... awesome 1859 spins lol) Total of 12 hula minutes
~Lastly Lotus Focus

I hope it was ok to break it up like that. If not, let me know and I'll unmark it.

I did about 7 minutes on the Lotus Focus.
Did 2.7 miles on the Run.
Unfortunately, the Gate was a no go. I am very unbalanced. And I could only get 5 spins before I dropped my hula hoop. Which was extremely disappointing. Will do better next time! Holly

I have 3 of Monday's 4 on my card (the fourth was right exercise, wrong time value!) and when I get them done, I will have 2 lines that are only 2 away AND one diagonal that is only 2 away!! I think I said it before, but this is a really cool challenge!

I think this is a great challenge, I haven't done much yoga on the wii (or in real life-lol).

I have a question though, because I haven't done a challenge quite like this before. Do we have to check on and say we are doing the challenge? Are we to post everyday, what exercises we did? Just curious. Thanks!

JIC-I did all of Sundays, I will do todays when I get home. Of course, the way I set up my board, I have nothing close...yet!

ROWEENA-isn't it great. I enrolled at a gym for the sole purpose of being able to have my own tv when I worked out. Well, at Christmas last year they changed all the equipment and took the tv's away. I was NOT happy. Then I joined the Amazing Race (on this team) and discovered that Fab feature myself. Needless to say, I dumped that gym real quick. :)

Only my 2nd time using Wii fit, I don't have wii fit plus. I haven't unlocked many of the exercises. I told the kids to play lots today and unlock everything!!

You fill out your whole card now with the exercises listed in the first post. There are 28 listed but you will use only 25. Then each day I will draw four exercises from the list. If you have them you mark them off your bingo card and then complete them. Post here when you have any of the 4 bingos listed in the first post. Hope that clears it up.

Okay I want to make sure I do this correctly. Each day we do the exercises we fill in a square with that exericse done or do we fill in our whole card now and then X them as we do them? Since there are only 25 squares if we fill it out ahead of time we would be deciding which 3 we were doing?

I like the concept of this game just need to be absolutely clear on how to do it. Thanks for all yoru hard work.

You all worked so hard the last 2 weeks in the challenges let's relax a little bit. We are going to play Bingo this week.

What you need: You will need to make yourself a Bingo card. It needs to be 5x5. No free spaces. There are 28 exercises/games listed below. I will pick 4 of these each day this week. You can fill in your card however you like with the following exercises from Wii Fit/Plus.

Yoga menu:
Deep Breathing
Standing Knee
Half Moon
Palm Tree
Warrior
Chair
Tree
Triangle
Sun Salutation
Downward Facing Dog
Dance
Cobra
Bridge
Spinal Twist
Shoulder Stand
Spine Extension
Gate
Grounded V

Aerobics menu:

Free Step 10, 20, and/or 30 minutes
Free Run 10, 20, and/or 30 minutes
Rhythm Boxing 10 minutes
Super Hula Hoop 10 minutes

Balance games:

Tight Rope walk (you pick the level)
Lotus Focus

Post how many you have on your card each day and when you have completed each exercise. As you complete the chosen exercises cross them off your card.

Prizes awarded to the first to post when they have 4 corners, straight line, diagonal, and full card Bingos.
