This week is all about strength and control! Let's put those muscles to the test!
Wii Sports: Golf Hitting the Green (under training menu - you may have to do the other golf training exercises to unlock this one)
Wii Fit: Push up and Side Plank (under strength training) - 6 reps
Wii Sports Resort: Canoeing (beginner - awards given for farthest distance)
As long as you complete the push up and side plank exercise, you'll probably get the max score and a goodie. For the others, post your best scores!
