I know some of you have made custom workouts...I know it. But, since it's my thread, I'll get the party started with my very first totally original custom workout. I made it today and used it today, and it was a pretty good workout. Heavy on the arms and cardio, not much on the legs - though some of the track stuff (like high knees and kick-ups) works your legs some.
TENNIS & TRACK - HARD (all exercises are on the Hard intensity setting), 28:30
**For my weight and game settings, it says this workout will burn 234.4 calories**
- Walk & Run (medium)
- Tennis (random long)
- Run, Knees & Kick-Ups 1
- Front Court & Mid Court
- Bent-over Rows & Tricep Kickbacks
- Bicep Curls & Upright Rows
- Run (medium)
- Back Court
- Run, Knees & Kick-Ups 2
- Back, Front & Mid Court
- Bent-over Rows & Tricep Kickbacks
- Bicep Curls & Upright Rows
- Run (medium)
- Tennis (random long)
- Run & Walk (medium)
