I thought I was gonna die and the first squat and hold but when I had to do another one the same day, I think I shed some tears!

I've had knee problems before and this hasn't been too bad. BUT, even if you have problems with the knees with lunges and squats, just take out those exercises. It lists everything you'll be doing before you start and you can uncheck those exercises or when you get to it, choose to skip it.

Absolutely Meme! I will be sure to report back. I'm starting my workout tomorrow so I'll be able to let you know my initial thoughts on how my knees felt and then give you some feedback after a week or two, seeing if maybe it actually helps get my knees in shape. Although you're situation might be different than mine...we'll see.

I hear ya about the kness. I have fibro so I try to avoid any squats or lunges. I don't have this game yet so if you let us know how it is on the knees that would be great cause if I can't do this I am not putting my money in the game.

I just bought the game and am looking forward to using it. I start tomorrow! I'm a little nervous myself though. I'm only 41 but I have really bad knees. They hurt really bad when I do too many squats or lunges. But maybe the workout will help to strengthen them? Only time will tell!

WTG on getting half way through. Good luck with the 2nd half!

10th exercise day - 15th day in the program. Well, really more than that but I had a mishap with starting over my challenge six days in. ANYWAY, I was super excited about it, until I listed to Bob Greene tell me how he's going to step it up for me. Greeeat. The squat and hold already nearly killed me - the second one on the day that is. I'm looking forward to the rest of the challenge but I'm kinda nervous about it. REALLY glad I got this "game" though.
