5/27 drank 3.5 16.9oz bottles (not all :( )
Kept track of food all week except sunday
Haven't exercised since Monday. Did the push lawn mower for 2 hrs!
Can't wait for our amazing race to get that exercise consistent again!

Only got in 4 glasses of water. Boy I'm slacking. Today I will get my 8 atleast.

Didn't eat to bad. Couldn't workout - got ready for CT trip (packed for me and my daughter) not to mention our TV is out. We can't see the screen but we can hear it. Doesn't do me much good if I can't see my workout. I am bringing a few Wii games to workout while in CT. Hoping to get somthing in. Not sure if I can since we'll be at the hospital most the time. We'll see.

Other than that be back Sunday so I'll be tracking in a journal since I won't have internet access.

stretched before and after exercising!

Journal:i did my bootcamp challenge ,i did some strength training,and i did my wii active for 37 min.,nd i did alot of core exercises today.

Got in 8 cups, not as much as I usually do but enough.


emoticon Stretching:
Stretched before and after with some yoga poses on Wii Fit, then just some basic stretching after rehearsal.


emoticon Journal:
Wii Fit (only 15 minutes today, I didn't have much time), bootcamp video, my nightly 50 crunches & 30 pushups, plus a 3 hour rehearsal (which I usually log as 2 to 2.5 hours of cardio, since we're not dancing 100% of the time). What did I do to make it fun? Being in a musical and having a specific purpose to rehearsing it can't be anything other than fun!

Drank 5 galsses of water.
Stretched little less than should before and after workout.
35 min of EA Active


Won't be able to do much this weekend for you though. Found out my Gma is going to have surgery Friday so driving to CT from OH tomorrow after work and coming home Sunday. Not sure how much working out I'm gonna get in. But I still have today to get it done!!

5/26- emoticon thanks to crystal light i gets all my water in.

Stretch before and after your workouts.
5/26- i did before and after espicially since it's strengthtraining day

5/26- played the wii for 60 min. so many games ,so much fun. plus i did my strength training exeercises and cardio today. including my daily walk so i can have a reason to use the pedometer.

5/26 - Played Wii Fit today for 30 minutes only since my foot really hurts. Had fun with yoga, advanced stepping, and hula! 6 minutes of hula is a loooong time but I feel great that I did it today!
5/27 - Still sore but I still did my workout. Running distance: long, and yoga today!
5/28 - Played Wii Fit for 30 minutes including an island lap run, then did yoga for 30 minutes later in the day.
5/29 - Played Wii Fit for half an hour, doing yoga and step!
5/30 - Rest day.

Water- I drank all my water today.

Stretching- :-( I did not stretch but I did not do an 'official' workout.

Journal: Today was a good day, drinking water was easy since I was outside doing yardwork most of the day and it was warm outside and I was thirsty all day.

Monday: have had 8 glasses already and may have a few more tonight
Tuesday: had so much water that the fish will be worrying where to go swim
Wednesday:drank plenty of water
Thursday: drank more than enough water
Friday:lost count after going to Relay for life
Saturday: 10 glasses for the day

Monday: need to complete this yet but I will
Tuesday: stretched except when I did my gardening
Wednesday: did my stretching
Thursday:completed
Friday: stretched except when I did my garden, must remember next time
Saturday: completed

Monday: wore me pedometer all day, need to do my Day 1 on the 30 day challenge of AE Active and my physical challenge on My Fitness Coach DONE
Tuesday: EA Active 30 day challenge, gardening and walking were today exercises, still need to do MFC tonight
Wednesday: Bowling league has ended so no bowling today :( , did go to church and clean out the Children's closet, it was a real workout
Thursday: got a workout in and did some housework too
Friday: went to Relay for Life had a wonderful time :)
Saturday: did some walking, went to a Bridal shower and got some shopping accomplished for my daughter going to camp next month
