Spring has sprung, summer's on its way - so why not have FUN on May Day?

May 1st is Friday, here is a list of things to accomplish on Friday,
FRIDAY ONLY . This is intended to be FUN and SILLY, go ahead your Mommy wants you to have a fun day anyway.

EXERICSE - use the games as guide if you need to or just do it!!!!!

1) Mother May I
You may do any AND all the following exercises:
giant steps----------baby steps-------bunnyhop steps
tiptoe steps---------leapfrog----------side steps
jumping jacks------lunges------------YES YOU MAY!! emoticon

2) Play Hopscotch or go Jump Roping, virtual jumprope are fun you never miss a jump. emoticon

3) Hula Hoop, for real or for Wii emoticon

4) Run go for a run, somewhere, sometime today emoticon


EAT OR DRINK THE FOLLOWING TODAY

1) Eat your fruits and vegetables at least 4 (try to eat fruits and veggies that start with the letters in MAY DAY) 1-M 2-A 2-Y 1-D, mango, apple, artichoke, etc

2) Drink at least 8 glasses of water emoticon

3) Get you Sleep either Thursday night or Friday night will count, you need at least 8 hours of sleep emoticon

4) Comment on someones Sparkpage or Blog Ok, just did, I bit late, I was with a client in the hospital all day yesterday, the only good thing about it, was the rash is nothing to worry about and I got to go home earlier!

I worked on it off and on today and accomplished playing MAY DAY

Mandrin Oranges,Mushrooms
A bowl of mixed fruit
Yellow Banana
Dried fruits
A fresh salad
Yummy Spinach

So how did you do?
