Today is the first time I tried the Super Hula Hoop for 10 mins. .... I got 3,374 ...

It sure does work the legs and butt ...

I've now done the 10 minute hula twice and although I was awful the first time (I was tired and kept dropping the hoops) I got 3265 this time! I'm going to try it again later today and see if I can get a few better (because I missed the 5th hoop on the left side so I know I can do slightly better)!

I love the hula hooping now :)

as for belly dancing, there's a show on FitTV (if you have it) called "shimmy" (I think...been a while since I've looked at that channel). Also, there's lots of video choices for various levels of difficulty and various styles on amazon.com.

I love the Super Hula Hoop too!! I usually have my arms out, if they get tired I usually put them on my hips.

Also: WANT2LOSEITNOW! If you ever find a good belly dancing DVD let me know because I'd love to learn also but there are no classed in my area. I really don't if I would go anyway I think I'd be to nervous to try it front of other people. LOL

Super hoopers I have a question for you all. What do you do with your arms. I do much better if I put my hands on my hips to stablize my body. I have never really hooped with my arms out like the mini wiiers.
