Cardio 4x this week -- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday .

Have that water, 8(8oz) a day -- 8 Monday, 10 Tuesday, 8 Wednesday, 10 Thursday, 12 Friday, 8 Saturday.

Add Sparkpeople Exercise of the day 2x this week -- SP exercise -
Tuesday- Lying Triceps Lifts,
Wednesday- Modified Pushups

Listen to others: NO REALLY LISTEN, hear what they are telling you, thru their spoken words, written words or pictures, and thru their actions. --

Listened to my daughter as she spoke to me about her concern over a family member.
Me and hubby just talked and REALLY listened to each other. It was GREAT!!!!
My sister is in a bit of a quandary and I have tried to listen to her, but I admit it has not been easy. Just listening can be hard to do without interjecting your opinion too much :)

Love your fuits and veggies, gonna eat at least 5 a day --
Monday 7 servings veggies and fruit. Tuesday 7 servings fruits and veggies. Wednesday 7 servings veggies. Thursday 5 servings veggies, Friday 7 servings veggies, Saturday 7 servings veggies.

Too many distractions with trying to get our house ready for an open house and too many people.


1) Cardio 4x this week, if not more:

On the days I looked, I couldn't do them.

4) Listen to others:
Lots of miscommunications this week. I listened, but didn't seem to be able to communicate what I wanted to them clearly. They all came to help me out. However my mom and I had a couple of good heart to hearts.

5) Love your fruits and veggies:

I've been battling the flu for the past week and am finally feeling better, so I'd like to jump in on this challenge now, if I can and just do it Wed-Sat!

What a great challenge this was. I lost just over 2 pounds this week. I kicked Butt.

I can now fit into pants I could not before comfortably. emoticon

Wii will be okay, Wii can do it.

I knew I was going out last night so I did 30 minutes with my wii fitness coach, walked 20 extra minutes at work and got up and did 15 minutes of cardio before work. Have to do some extra to make up for the martini's with the girls last night, but it was worth it emoticon

Last night I got carried away! I went to Curves and then played the Wii for a hour and a half. I had a great time! I bowled, I boxed, I did step aerobics and I played golf. Boxing has me a little sore but it was so much fun!

I gave myself 2 NO EXCUSE DAYS. Tuesday night I walked an hour while watching Biggest Loser and Wednesday mornings I bowl, my score today were 153, 173, 154, I did very well, my Mom bowled 134, 134, 106 I am very produ of her.

I will update my CHALLENGE late, getting ready to eat dinner and then go to Ladies Bible Study.

I will do what I can with what I have for Jesus sake Today.

Yesterday was good, 35 minutes of cardio.
8 glasses of water
ate my fruit and veggies, stayed under my calories

Monday emoticon did cardio, 8 water, listen to others, f/v 6, relaxed took a nap 20 minutes or so

Tuesday emoticon did Wii Fit free run while watching Biggest Loser, walked for 1 hour, 8 water today, listened to a gentleman at the grocery store, he was telling me about some issues his wife is still having(He definately needed a listening ear, glad I could be there for him), ate plenty of fruits and veggies today, No excuse day was to workout during BL, tomorrow I go bowling, wasn't feeling the best this afternoon and took a nap, trying to catch up on things here at home, had laundry and such to get done today and then daughter came home sick from school. OK tomorrow is a new day, and all in all today did go well.

Wednesday
8 water, 6 f/v (taco salad for dinner) good, went bowling 153, 173, 154, didn't do as good of a job as I should have in listening today during bowling, NO EXCUSE day was good, Bowling with my Mom

Thursday
11000 steps on my pedometer, did Wii Fit and Outdoor Challenge, drank water and plenty of it, listened to several people today, had 7 f/v

Today was a good day.

I sat and listened to my boss when he was wrong. That was a hard one.

And thanks to this challenge I fit time in for a work out when so much is going on here. BAMM!

Everything is going well for me with the challenge this week. I am loving it! I've done the Wii each day and I'm listening! Really listening instead of thinking of what I want to say next.

Fruit, veggies and water: all are going well.

I bowled last night on the Wii for the first time and had a ball. Tonight I am going to try boxing. My daughter did it last night and said her arms are sore this morning. Awe Shoot! emoticon

This sounds like a great challenge! I am in! I am also participating in a 13wk 5% challenge that begins this week, so this will definitely help me get back into that weight loss frame of mind.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there...keep your head up and be strong.

I previously lost 80+lbs using WW.

January 2004 - 230lbs
September 2005 - 148lbs (lowest weight)

One good thing about these challenges is can adjust these to whatever suits your abilities and limitations. Just let us know what you did.

Count me in on this one!

I'm participating in an 8 week nutrition and exercise program and this challenge compliments that program well.

My cardio will be one session of Week 1 and three sessions of whatever we're given for Week 2.

I commit to 8 glasses of water per day.

I will keep an eye on the exercise of the day and add that to my Fit and Fab workout at least twice.

I love fruits and veggies so I'll be sure to share what I'm having.

My no excuse day will be Wednesday since that is the day of my next class.

My "extra" commitment will be to walk for 10 minutes at lunch time any day there's no precipitation falling from the sky.

This week we will once again CHALLENGE ourselves, remember: when you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Be proud of your accomplishments and try your best.


CHALLENGE this week is to do the activites using all the letters in CHALLENGE:


Cardio is good for you get some in 4x this week, if not more.

Have that water, EVERY DAY, get in atleast 4 glasses(8oz) a day, if you are used to drinking more then change your number accoringly

Add Sparkpeople Exercise of the day or a Sparkpeople Video twice this week to your routine

Listen to others: NO REALLY LISTEN, hear what they are telling you, thru their spoken words, written words or pictures, and thru their actions.

Love your fuits and veggies, eat a rainbow of colors, and maybe try f/v you have never had.

Enjoy your SUNDAY, I have not included this day in the challenge.

NO EXCUSE DAY, take one day this week, committ right now to it, and get in your workout on that day, NO EXCUSES

Get time to yourself and relax we all need at it ONCE in awhile so take 10-15 minutes once this week and relax

Extra, anything extra you want to do DO IT. JUST DO IT.
