Remember this is a CHALLENGE, and some of these items might seem hard to do at this moment, do your best, try to see how and where you can improve as the week goes by.
Track these 7 things for 7 days:
1)drink 7 glasses of water
2)add 7 minutes to your current workout time each day, if you don't have a regular schedule do 7 minutes each day
3)eat 7 fruits or veggies each day or if you are just starting out each 1 additional veggie/fruit each day until you reach 7 or eat 1 v/f on day 1, 2 v/f on day 2 etc till you get to 7
4)get more than 7 hours of sleep each night
5)eat an HEALTHY SNACK every day for 7 days
6)encourage someone every day, you will have 7 by the end of the week
7)write down a quote or verse for yourself each day, you will have 7 by the end of the week
7 things to do once:
Blog about yourself or if you don't have a SPARKPAGE make one
Post all the exercises you did for the day
Post all the foods you ate for an entire day AND
Stay in your calorie range for 1 day
Give a Spark Goodie away
Get up without snoozing the alarm clock
Visit a new members page and leave a comment
