Ha, Ha,

Not sure that I was good about tracking this week. No sleep!!! LOL
Not good on exercise the past couple of days due to company.
Water is good though.

Sunday

1) tracking exercise minutes = 97 (wii fit +sport)

2) hours of sleep gotten = erm 6? (5 hours in bed and 3 on sofa, G coughing for england!)

3) glasses of water drank = 10

Monday

1) tracking exercise minutes = 43 Wii

2) hours of sleep gotten = 7 hours (mostly)

3) glasses of water drank = 7

Tuesday

1) tracking exercise minutes = 38

2) hours of sleep gotten = 6

3) glasses of water drank = 7

Xmas eve

1) tracking exercise minutes = 0

2) hours of sleep gotten = 6

3) glasses of water drank = 9

Xmas day

1) tracking exercise minutes = 23

2) hours of sleep gotten = 5 (Panic run to H with SIL at 4am - he's fine now though TH)

Boxing day

I can do this one!

SUNDAY:
emoticon Yoga and treadmill for 90 minutes
emoticon Slept well, 9 hours, and well rested.
emoticon Drank my water, 10 glasses

MONDAY:
emoticon Really cold out! Walked from work 1.5 miles.
emoticon Slept horrible. Tossed and turned, maybe 6 hours
emoticon Drank my water, 8 glasses

TUESDAY:
emoticon Went to the gym for Pilates, but was canceled so did weights and bike instead.
emoticon Slept better, but still tired. 7 hours
emoticon Catching up on water, 8 glasses

I'm in. Thanks for a challenge to help keep us focused this busy week. I just got a new pedometer from SP so this was a great reminder for me to get it out of the box & start using it. Wish I had it with me yesterday to know how far I walked during my 7 1/2 hour shopping extravaganza. :-)

Wednesday 75, 7.5 hours, 8 if not more
Thursday-CHRISTMAS DAY- 75, 8 hours, 8
Friday: 90 minutes helping daughter clean her room, 60 minutes workout, almost 8, 9 glasses

Challenge for 21-27 Dec

This weeks challenge will be easy to do, because of the holidays being so close but I wanted to have sort of goal to work towards. So join me if you want, give it your best.

emoticon We are tracking miles walked, or exercise minutes and hours of sleep gotten and glasses of water drank. emoticon

Keep track on how many miles you walk each day.
Do you use a pedometer? if so how many steps you take in a day.

Track you exercise minutes and tell us what you did, what intensity and how you feel afterwards.

Get plenty of SLEEP, so how many hours of sleep did you get each night?

Stay hydrated, how many glasses of water did you have each day?
