You both are great supporters & encouragers. Thanks. Progress report: I got a little closer to the other side today when I went a whole 25 yards. I shall conquer this yet; but not tonight. Gave it about 8 tries. Back tomorrow.

Maybe I'll get the Dec 7th challenge completed by NEXT Dec 7. LOL

Even though this challenge is over, I had to go back and try that expert level tightrope a few more times today. Still haven't made it all the way across. Will keep trying each day a few until I make it now.

Mon: 30 Minute Free Step--3642 steps

Tues: Played best of 5 two times and I won both times!!

Wed: 3 games bowling on Wii Sports. Here are my terrible scores..166, 157, 176. YUK

Thur: 50 crunches and 50 push ups!! Ouch

Fri: Tight Rope Beginner 5x: :34.48,:35.00,:33.55*BEST EVER,:43.83,:34.43. Tight Rope Medium 2x: :46.03 *BEST EVER and :53.15. Tight Rope Expert FINALLY CROSSED THE ROPE- 1:12.71.

Sat: I did 30 minutes Free Step on Wii Fit: 3106 steps. We had our hands full of grandkids and fun!!

GREAT CHALLENGE!!

I know the tight rope is tough on expert but trying is half the battle, CONGRATS on giving it your best.
Although it is never easy, we can at least try and that is an accomplishment in itself, wether it be a life experience, a daily challenge, or just something we need to work at, GIVE IT YOUR ALL, ALL THE TIME.
Often we fall in a slump or get discouraged and think we can't, BUT YOU CAN, I have faith in you and want you to do give it your best effort.
I'm proud of each of you for being part of this weeks challenge, NICELY DONE.

I did the 5 beginner tightrope & made it across each time. Did 2 Advanced but guess only 1 counts since only succeeded the 1x. Tried Expert once; but didn't get very far. I've never made it all the way across on this level yet.

Friday, I did tight rope 5 times as a beginner, but I have not played it enough to have the next levels unlocked. I did ski jumping and hula hoop just for the fun of it since I couldn't do the others.

Tomorrow I look forward to an outside walk if the weather is good and not too cold.

I did the tennis last night and it came down to game 5 and I lost...but I didn't go down without a fight. Not a good week for me to be crunches. Will be doing tightrope on Saturday. I don't get home till after 11 tonite.

I practiced last night while my honey bowled in his league did pretty well consider I'm not a good bowler my average on our bi-weekly saturday league is a 95 so here they are

game 1 - 109
game 2 - 104
game 3 - 82 (I was so tired and my legs were sore from spinning earlier)

Mon: Got in my 60 with Wii Fit Free Step & put in a little extra outdoors.

Tues: Forgot, so did it on Wed.

Wed: Lost 3 straight games to computer. Much better in bowling. On Wii Fit: 236, 139, 277. New personal best by far.

Got home too late yesterday to play tennis..will make it up either Thursday or Saturday..honey was glad when I told I had to bowl tonite but he wants me to practice my arm swing and not worry about how many pins I get down...nope, can't do that..but will still be working on my arm swing. Will have to do 75 crunches cuz I hurt my arm carrying in too many heavy, heavy loads of wood that last few weeks.

Does 30 min on the elliptical count as a walk? I did 2.21 miles.

Monday: took my walk

Tuesday: played Tennis 5 game match I lost 1 to 3 against the computer

Wednesday: go bowling, it is my bowling day, and I'm ready for some good scores, i need tolook at my score sheet to gwet my scores, nothing great but did get my average. 151, 160, 158 quite consistant and pleased I was so close to mu average.

Thursday: 50 crunches, 25 pushups

Friday: tightrope walking
2 hours played every game on Wii Sports.

Saturday: played some more Wii Sports with my oldest daughter, OH what FUN we had(LOL)

I am in!

Monday: It is snowing like crazy here, so I am going to count yesterday. I went on a 40 minute walk - 220 calories burned (I wear a heat monitor).

Tuesday: It was a tight match, but I pulled it out in the end.

Wednesday: go bowling either for real or on your Wii Sports, play 3 games and post your scores

Thursday: do 50 sit ups or crunches, and 25 pushups

Friday: Wii Fit Tight rope Walking, play 5 times on beginner, 2 times on medium level, 1 time on expert

Saturday: go on a walk, outdoor, indoor, Wii Fit, it doesn't matter just go on a walk, then post either your time in minutes or distance

Ok, so last week I didn't keep up with the challenges very well. Sometimes schedules don't work out but here goes for this week. Monday is easy because I try to get a walk in at lunch whenever possible.

Monday: 2 mile walk at lunch.

I am excuse heavy this week. First company and didn't have time to Wii and then yesterday I worked late, came home ate dinner & fell into bed. Is it Thursday already?

Excellent! I'd already set a personal challenge for myself this week to walk 60 minutes each day, so that works out great for completing your daily challenge too. :-) Got in my 60 with Wii Fit Free Step & put in a little extra outdoors.

Ok, here it goes!!!!!!

Starting Monday ends Saturday, ok so almost a week.

Monday: go on a walk, outdoor, indoor, Wii Fit, it doesn't matter just go on a walk, then post either your time in minutes or distance

Tuesday: play Wii Sports Tennis best of 5 match against the computer

Wednesday: go bowling either for real or on your Wii Sports, play 3 games and post your scores

Thursday: do 50 sit ups or crunches, and 25 pushups do these according to your own level, push yourself but DO NOT OVER DO IT, you have all day to do this so if you need to break it up into more doable reps you are allowed to.

Friday: Wii Fit Tight rope Walking, play 5 times on beginner, 2 times on medium level, 1 time on expert,(I believe there are 3 levels and I will go check to make sure) you must make it all the way across for it to count towards the daily goal.

Saturday: go on a walk, outdoor, indoor, Wii Fit, it doesn't matter just go on a walk, then post either your time in minutes or distance
