go outside: joined my mom & dad after church and went to the cookout, sat under the patio area for 2 hours, visited and played bingo DONE
work arms : guess eating at the cook out doesn't count for this NOT SO DONE, perhaps tomorrow

Monday
go outside: spent closer to 1 1/2 hours outside, mainly cause the electric company came down our street to work and suddenly we had no power DONE
work arms : yard work, worked out on the exercise rings on the kids playyard equiptment, arm curls DONE

Tuesday
go outside: walked and relaxed outside, checked plants and taking out trash, wandered about the yard DONE
work arms : played Wii games DONE

Wednesday
go outside: walked and relaxed outside DONE
work arms : going bowling as usual with my mom DONE

Thursday
go outside: cleaned out the car, relaxed DONE
work arms : Wii Fit, Wii and outside DONE

Friday
go outside: hung out laundry, took a walk DONE
work arms : Didn't quite make 30 minutes, perhaps tomorrow

Saturday
go outside: perhaps if you count walking in and out of buildings to go shopping with daughter, then visiting with friends after birthday party and finally hanging outside and talking to classmates at reunion Yes it does accumulate to over 30 minutes so I'll count it to be ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH & DONE

Ohh good challenge. Now to see if I can remember to update it as I go along. I really need to get some yard work done too. hmmm, does pulling weeds get to count as both?
