Like the previous challenges this will have 2 parts to it.
We are going to do a crunch war against another group. The leaders got together and thought this would be a great challenge and motivation for both teams. And a team has accepted our challenge. The team is called "30 is going to be great (Making the best of the 20's)".
1)crunches/some kind of situp (can use wii fit, but don't have to) 1 point per crunch--my challenge for you is to do 50 a day. You do not have to do them all at one time. Do what you can then take a break for awhile and do more.
2) Make a to do list of 6 things you have been putting off. Post the list and tell us each day what you have gotten done. Posting the list =5 points and each thing done is 5 points.
So remember this week we are not only trying to get the most points in the group we are also trying to out do the "30 is going to be great (Making the best of the 20's)" group.
