I've already mentioned that I like Kari's (that's me) Workout #2 the best so far.
I have found that lately, I'm spending 30-40 minutes on the aerobics and balance games and doing very few yoga poses. Lately, I've only been doing the breathing, warrior, triangle, and tree poses. I've only done the strength once (and only one or two of those) and the last two times I've worked out, I've also skipped the Lotus Focus.
I actually miss the Lotus Focus because it really let me relax and bring my breathing and heartrate down to normal at the end of my workout (I just have to make sure the dog's outside while I do this or he messes up my concentration).
