If you mean how does this challenge work, then you just post your SW & GW, then each week post your new weight so we can support and cheer you on! You don't have to post daily rituals unless you really want to, for example, if you are working on getting in at least three veggies/fruits a day, and want to share that in your post, that is up to you.
Most challenges get so bogged down with so many things to track that I wanted to keep it simple this time around and let each person add whatever they felt led to do.
