Our bodies are constantly using water to be able to maintain its natural body temperature so with the warmer weather we definitely need to drink more then usual. I personally try to get in at least 100 oz. throughout the day.
I know it can be a little challenging to drink a lot of water but remember that WATER IS OUR FRIEND ladies. Water has so many perks from increasing your energy, raises your metabolism, reduces hunger, good for your skin, etc...
If you're not already doing so make it a goal to start guzzling more :).
You can have RESULTS or EXCUSES... not both!
