I didn't notice until my mom started mentioning it, a few weeks after I started working out. It is really hard to see a gradual change when you look at yourself in the mirror every day. I notice mostly when I look at old photos of myself from over a year ago.

I've been through a few diets in my day haha...and it's usually around the 20day mark that I notice changes to how my clothes fit, people commenting etc. Even after a week though, I find my body just feels so much healthier, with more energy. It's really motivating when that you notice these sorta things huh:)
