It's time to start a new challenge. We will start Sunday, August 4 and go through the 31st. Sunday through Saturday. This challenge will last 4 weeks.
Week 1 - Walk/exercise 10 minutes a day, Drink 48 ounces of water, Eat any combination of 3 fruits and/or vegetables a day.
Week 2 - Walk/exercise 15 minutes a day, Drink 56 ounces of water, Eat any combination of 4 fruits and/or vegetables a day.
Week 3 - Walk/exercise 20 minutes a day, Drink 64 ounces of water, Eat any combination of 5 fruits and/or vegetables a day.
Week 3 - Walk/exercise 30 minutes a day, Drink 72 ounces of water, Eat any combination of 6 fruits and/or vegetables a day.
