No exercise - attended an out of town wedding

No excercise - travel 5 1/2 hours to convention for work

Monday -
Testing all day, but managed to get in a 1 1/2 mile walk back to the hotel = 5 points

NWCOUNTRYDANCER - Am I calculating my points correctly? I see different scoring techniques going on. I thought the max points you can get per day is 15 points, being 5 points for each part. Please clarify.

Done early again today :-)

Part 1 - done 45 min @ gym + 45 minute walk after work = 90 mins today =15 points
Part 2 - Done by 2:00 pm = 5 points
Part 3 - Apple for snack and vegees planned for dinner = 5 points

so where do you log this in at? took the bike out sunday for a 60 mile plus ride was in seventh heaven.
with Tuesday here as my first day I did get the fruit and veggies bag of carrots and two nectarine and two granny apples did get 30 min of waling to and from work . and 32 oz of home made tea.

April Challenge
Week runs Sunday – Saturday
First week we start on Monday, but still end on Saturday.

Part I:
