Hmmm....how far have I come since I joined SP? This is a toughie. My first thoughts were so negative, (haven't done this, can't do that) so I really had to think about some positives. (Weird cuz normally I'm a very positive person)
*I have started jogging with my command 1x/wk.
*I have attended Pilates classes at my gym.
*I have used my fitness equipment at home for more than drying towels. (I put them on the towel bar now! LOL)
*I went through ALL my clothes and got rid of anything I didn't wear, didn't fit, or didn't go with anything else in my closet.
*I track ALL my food/exercise (even on "bad" days).
This weekend I'm going camping and I started worrying there wouldn't be enough fresh water there. Normally when I go camping with my friends, everyone's worried about alcohol and soda and here I am worrying about the water and juice. LOL and NOT for mixing drinks (although a mimosa in the AM and a screwdriver at night does sound yummy!)
* I reorganized my deep freezer and now have sections devoted to meat, veggies, fruits, breads, etc.
