I weigh in on Saturdays and just started on a new diet with a dietitian, so this is the result. I know the following weeks will not be as "impressive", but it is still great to get a big push at the beginning of a new weight los plan!!

I am feeling Frustrated with this Plateau...

so today.... re-adjusting my eating and exercising.... changing it up...

back to 5/2 semi-fast diet.... 5 days... 1000 - 1500 calories...
........................................
. 2 days... 500 --- 600 calories... (Mon. / Fri.)

Exercise.... still doing my 9 - 12 - 3 - 6 moving... (as close to time as possible)

9 and 6 = 20 min..... 12 and 3 = 45 min.

gonna give it a month to see if this helps me get back to the
scale/weight going down...

i understand Jae...

I am monitoring my body... Since been on Sparkpeople and daily tracking my weight ... I have been noticing seasonal... and monthly trends... so using the scale more as a learning about my body than ... focusing on the weight itself...

I usually weigh in every month around the 5th.. I try not to obsess with the scale..just eating healthy and getting my exercise in every day..you know slow and steady wins the race
