I'm probably your parents' age, lol, so don't know if my music tastes would help you. Do you have an ipod? You can make playlists in it for working out. If not, what do you use for a music source? I would guess that there are people who have made workout playlists - I just did a google search for workout playlists and it came up with tons of stuff.
What kinds of music do you like? I have some strange tastes, but used to like hard stuff for working out sometimes - to get some good adrenaline going.
I'm fat again. Ugh!
